Design and Review Online Submittal Edit page

Governor's Ranch Homeowners can submit their design review requests online in the Frontsteps app https://governorsranch.frontsteps.com/users/sign_in

Exterior Painting applications should also be submitted through the app and  paint samples dropped off at the clubhouse  with your name and address included so the committee can review (Please note that applications are required for new paint color schemes as well as when repainting with your current color scheme.)

Completed forms should be uploaded as a PDF file. Supporting documents should also be submitted as one PDF file with multiple pages, if necessary.

Please note that it is an owner's responsibility to provide a completed application per the Residential Improvement Regulations. While your vendor may be very knowledgeable about their product, they may not be familiar with our forms or the Governor's Ranch Residential Improvement Regulations requirements.

Please be as thorough as possible, any incomplete submissions will result in a delay in processing your request.

Once you've submitted your Request you can go back anytime to see the status, read notes or questions the committee has written, or provide additional documents or information if necessary.  You will also be able to see if your request has been approved or denied.
