The Design Review Committee oversees the submissions for exterior improvements or changes to homes. The committee also reviews complaints regarding compliance to regulations and reviews regulations to make sure they are up to date.
The Committee usually meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Monday @ 7pm in the Clubhouse, but meeting times may vary. Please see the community calendar for the meeting dates as they are subject to change.
Please keep in mind that our regulations changed several years ago in regard to paint requests. If you are painting the same color or if you are using white, the request must go to the Design Review Committee for approval. If we have a previous paint request on file for you, we can help if you need current colors and supplier paint numbers.
