The Design Review Board oversees the submissions for exterior improvements or changes to homes. The committee also reviews complaints regarding compliance to regulations and reviews regulations to make sure they are up to date.
The committee usually meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Monday @ 7pm in the Clubhouse, but meeting times may vary. Please see the community calendar for the meeting dates as they are subject to change.
Please keep in mind that our regulations changed in regard to paint requests. If you are painting the same color or if you are using white, the request must go to the Design Review Committee for approval. We are updating the files so we have the colors for each house as part of the permanent record.
