
Design Review Requests
Here are the
Design Review Meeting dates for 2010. January 25, February 8, March
22, April 12 & 26, May 10 & 24, June
14 & 28, July 12 & 26, August 9 &
23, September 13 & 27, October 11 & 25 (if needed). November
8, December
13.
All meetings start at 7 pm.
Request forms
should be turned in by 5 pm on the day of the meeting.
Requests will be available on the day after the meeting after 9
am for pick up. Request forms not picked up within one
week will be mailed. Meeting dates are subject to change
due to unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints about violations of the
Residential Improvement Regulations must be signed or they will not be
acknowledged. The name of the person with the complaint is kept
confidential.

From Design Review
Please keep in mind that our regulations changed in
regard to paint requests. If you are painting the same color or if you
are using white, the request must go to the Design Review Committee for
approval. We are updating the files so we have the colors for each
house as part of the permanent record. Thanks for your cooperation.
